Hose Structure

Tube: The inner tube is crafted from black nitrile rubber based elastomer, offering exceptional seawater resistance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to acids and alkalis. This ensures the hose can withstand prolonged exposure to seawater and harsh chemicals without degradation, maintaining its integrity and performance over time.
Reinforcement: The hose features reinforcement provided by high tension helix wire and high tension textile. This dual reinforcement enhances the hose’s strength and durability, allowing it to withstand the pressure and stresses encountered during seawater elevating and transfer operations.
Cover: The outer cover is made of black neoprene rubber based elastomer, offering fireproof properties, seawater resistance, ageing resistance, and abrasion resistance. This protective cover shields the hose from external elements such as fire, seawater, UV radiation, and abrasion, ensuring long-term durability and reliable performance in harsh offshore environments.
Temperature Range
The submersible pump seawater hose is designed to operate effectively within a wide temperature range, ensuring its suitability for offshore applications. Its temperature specifications typically range from −20∘C−20∘C to +100∘C+100∘C.
This broad temperature tolerance allows the hose to maintain its functionality and performance across various operating conditions, from cooler environments to elevated temperatures.
