Application
The oil suction and delivery hose is a versatile solution designed for the suction and discharge of various petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel oil, and fuel oil with aromatic content up to 50%. Additionally, it is suitable for handling seawater, fresh water, mud, air, and other general purposes, making it a multifunctional hose for diverse applications.
In industries such as oil and gas, transportation, marine, construction, and agriculture, the oil suction and delivery hose plays a crucial role in the transfer of liquids and fluids. Whether used for refueling operations, oil transfer between tanks and vessels, or pumping out bilge water on ships, this hose ensures efficient and reliable fluid handling.
The robust construction of the oil suction and delivery hose includes features such as a reinforced tube, high-strength textile or wire reinforcement, and a durable cover. These components are engineered to withstand the corrosive effects of petroleum products, abrasion from rough handling, and environmental factors such as sunlight and ozone exposure.
Hose Structure
The oil suction and delivery hose is engineered with a robust structure to ensure reliable performance in handling various fluids. Its components include:
Tube: The inner tube is crafted from black smooth nitrile rubber, providing excellent oil resistance, seawater resistance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to acids and alkalis. This ensures the hose can withstand the corrosive effects of petroleum products, as well as exposure to seawater and harsh chemicals.
Reinforcement: The hose features reinforcement provided by high-tension textile fabric, helix steel wire, and anti-static copper wire. This combination of reinforcements enhances the hose’s strength and durability, allowing it to withstand high pressures and vacuum conditions encountered during suction and delivery operations. The anti-static copper wire dissipates static electricity, reducing the risk of sparking and ensuring safety in potentially hazardous environments.
Cover: The outer cover is made of black blended chloroprene rubber and butadiene rubber, offering wear resistance, ozone and ageing resistance, oil resistance, and heat resistance. This protective cover shields the hose from external elements such as abrasion, ozone, UV radiation, and heat, ensuring long-term durability and reliable performance in various operating conditions.
Temperature Range
The oil suction and delivery hose is designed to operate effectively within a wide temperature range, ensuring its suitability for diverse environmental conditions and applications. Its temperature specifications typically range from −30∘C−30∘C to +100∘C+100∘C.
This broad temperature tolerance allows the hose to maintain its functionality and performance across a range of temperatures, from freezing cold conditions to elevated temperatures. Whether used in outdoor settings or indoor environments, and regardless of temperature fluctuations, the hose remains capable of safely and efficiently handling petroleum products, seawater, and other fluids while maintaining its structural integrity.
