Hose Structure
Tube: Tailored to meet specific functional requirements, the tube material is carefully selected to ensure compatibility with the substances being transferred. Whether it’s fuel oil, barite, mud, portable water, or other materials, the tube is chosen to maintain integrity and prevent contamination during transfer.
Reinforcement: Reinforced with high-tension textile fabric and anti-static copper wire, providing the necessary strength and stability to withstand the demands of marine applications. This combination enhances the hose’s ability to handle high-pressure situations while mitigating the risk of static buildup.
Floating Layer: Incorporating microcellular foaming synthetic materials, the floating layer enhances buoyancy and stability, ensuring effective and stable floating during material transfer between the drilling platform and supply ship. This innovative design feature improves safety and reliability in offshore operations.
Cover: The cover, made of black chloroprene rubber, offers superior resistance to oil, wear, ozone, aging, and seawater. This robust construction protects the hose from environmental factors and abrasion, extending its service life and ensuring consistent performance in harsh marine conditions.
