Application
The multi-purpose suction and discharge hose is a versatile solution designed to handle a wide range of applications. Its robust construction makes it suitable for the delivery of gasoline, diesel oil, and fuel oil containing aromatic content up to 50%. Additionally, it is suitable for transferring seawater, fresh water, mud, and air, making it ideal for various general purposes. With its flexibility and durability, this hose ensures reliable performance across diverse industrial and marine environments, offering efficient and safe fluid transfer capabilities.
Material
The quick coupling of BOP hoses is constructed using stainless steel 316, a durable and corrosion-resistant material ideal for harsh environmental conditions encountered in oil and gas operations. However, alternative materials such as carbon steel can be provided upon request to meet specific application requirements or preferences.
Hose Structure
- Tube: Composed of black nitrile rubber, offering exceptional resistance to oil, seawater, high temperatures, acids, and alkalis. This robust construction ensures durability and longevity even in harsh environments.
Reinforcement: Reinforced with high-tension textile fabric, helix steel wire, and anti-static copper wire. This combination provides excellent strength and stability, enabling the hose to withstand high-pressure applications while maintaining flexibility for ease of use.
Cover: Constructed from a black blend of butadiene rubber (BR) and neoprene elastomer, the cover exhibits outstanding wear resistance, ozone and aging resistance, oil resistance, and heat resistance. This ensures protection against abrasion and environmental factors, prolonging the service life of the hose even under demanding conditions.
