Hose Structure
Tube: Crafted from transparent XLPE (crosslinked polyethylene), this inner layer ensures exceptional resistance to a wide array of chemicals. Its transparency allows for easy monitoring of fluid flow, enhancing operational control.
Reinforcement: The hose features reinforcement provided by high-tension textile fabric, which fortifies its strength and durability. Additionally, an anti-static copper wire is integrated to dissipate static electricity, reducing the risk of sparking and enhancing safety during operations.
Outer Rubber: The outer layer, available in green or other custom colors, is composed of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer). This rubber material offers superior wear resistance, safeguarding the hose against abrasion and extending its service life. Moreover, it exhibits excellent ozone resistance, weather resilience, and aging resistance, ensuring long-term performance even in harsh environmental conditions.
Temperature Range
