This hydraulic hose is engineered specifically for the control of Blowout Preventers (BOPs), where precision and durability are paramount. Hose Structure

Tube: Crafted from premium black smooth nitrile rubber, the inner tube of the aBOP Hydraulic Hose guarantees superior performance under diverse conditions. Boasting exceptional oil resistance, seawater resistance, and high-temperature resilience, it ensures reliability in the most challenging environments. Moreover, its resistance to acids and alkalis enhances its suitability for a wide range of applications.

Reinforcement: The hose is fortified with high-tension steel wire, providing unparalleled strength and durability. This reinforcement not only withstands high-pressure situations but also maintains the structural integrity of the hose over prolonged usage.

Fire Shield Layer: Featuring a resilient fire shield layer composed of glass fiber cloth, the aBOP Hydraulic Hose offers added protection in critical scenarios. This layer acts as a barrier against flames, ensuring the safety and integrity of the hose during emergency situations.

Cover: The outer cover is fabricated from robust black chloroprene rubber, engineered to withstand extreme conditions. With inherent fire resistance, wear resistance, and ozone & aging resistance, this cover provides an additional layer of defense, extending the lifespan of the hose while ensuring continued performance under harsh operating conditions. Furthermore, its oil resistance enhances longevity and reliability, making it ideal for demanding applications.

Outer Armour: The aBOP Hydraulic Hose is further reinforced with an outer armor consisting of stainless steel strip winding. This armor enhances the hose’s resistance to external impact and mechanical stresses, providing an extra level of protection against abrasion and damage.
